Ok guys i had called ring and before they told me i figured it out.
Determine if ring solar panel is working.
If the sound improves you may want to add a chime pro to your setup to improve connectivity.
Then reconnect it to the device and check if you will still get the same message.
We have had lots of sun lately so i don t understand and wonder if the panel is even working.
Check each device if it shows the same message.
Inspect both the cable and port to ensure they are clean and undamaged.
If the sound does not improve try holding the setup button down for twenty seconds and testing again.
If it s not there is a problem with your solar panel output.
The configuration of a ring doorbell including the mounting bracket and the wall get in the way of the connection.
I just got a notice my battery is low in the camera.
If it does try to unplug the solar charger or panel from the ring device.
Touch the multi meter s red positive lead to your solar panel s positive wire.
Bring your stick up cam near your router and trigger an event.
Then touch the multi meter s black negative lead to your solar panel s negative wire.
I have the ring stick up cam battery and have attached the solar panel and i don t see any way to check if it is actually working.
